Tiny Stromlo is a miniature of a previous Happy Axe release, Stromlo. It features two singles created exclusively for Keep Urban Guild. These songs are taken from a larger, live improvisation in an old observatory on Mount Stromlo in Canberra, Australia. This recording took place in spring, shortly after Happy Axe returned from a tour of Japan, where she performed at UrBANGUILD. Happy Axe improvises on violin, musical saw and voice to create an ambient world that responds to the outdoor environment.
